About Us
Sophie's culinary career started in Cornwall working in Rick Stein's restaurant and then with Jamie Oliver, before heading to Australia and opening Taste Budds Cooking Studio. Sophie is no stranger to catering onboard a yacht, on a cattle station or in a rural country town.
Mal has honed his skills in some of the best restaurants in Australia. At Chow’s Table, he has returned to his Malaysian/Chinese roots, paying homage to his cultural background and taking inspiration from his mother and the dishes of his childhood.
